Toyota s new patent windshield displaying traffic information

  Foreign Media Cnet recently reported that Toyota has recently applied for a patent, hopes to carry in the car an augmented reality heads-up display that displays real-time traffic information, to find out.

  It is understood that this heads-up display by reflection on the dashboard of a static image displayed on the windshield. Through this technology, motorists not only can see the dashboard data on the windshield, and can display the speed and steering angle sensor readings.

  Not only that, but Toyota has two cameras to get more information. Front-facing camera is used to identify lane markings and internal camera is used to track the driver's field of vision, so adjust system capable of real-time traffic data. For example, cars after speed increase, motorists see a broader vision, speed and speed information is moved to a more convenient viewing position.
